Conferences are more than just professional gatherings - they are opportunities to be inspired, connect with like-minded change-makers, and elevate your impact in your school or organization. About a year ago, I had the privilege of attending The International Forum hosted by Character.org in Washington, D.C. The experience was nothing short of transformational. I had the chance to hear from incredible speakers, engage in meaningful conversations with professionals from CHARACTER COUNTS! and other leading character organizations, and even present my own breakout session on how restorative practices can foster positive character development in schools. That conference reignited my passion and deepened my sense of purpose in this work.
Looking back on my career in education, I wish I had prioritized attending and presenting at conferences much earlier. The value of learning from experts, sharing insights, and building relationships with others who are passionate about making a difference is truly immeasurable. That’s why I want to encourage YOU to take advantage of an amazing opportunity - The 2nd North American Climate and Culture Conference (TNARC 2025)!
