By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which constitute an agreement between LAIRP and you. You further acknowledge that you reviewed the applicable Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your data as described there. BY YOUR USE OF THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS OF USE, INCLUDING ANY SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS, PROGRAM PAGES, EVENT PAGES, REGISTRATION PAGES, PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, OR OTHER MATERIALS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE.
Changes to the Terms of Use
LAIRP reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or add additional terms at its sole discretion at any time, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree to the modified Terms of Use, you should discontinue use of the Site and Services. Continued access to or use of the Site constitutes binding acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.
Privacy and Data Handling
You acknowledge that you reviewed the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your data as described in that policy. LAIRP collects and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, including for training delivery, coaching, educational services, research, program improvement, implementation support, and related institutional purposes, subject to applicable consent and legal requirements.
Data Security
LAIRP implements reasonable security measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures may include encryption, access controls, vendor management, and periodic security assessments. In the event of a data breach involving personal information, LAIRP will provide notifications required by applicable law, which may include a description of the incident, the categories of data affected, recommended protective steps, contact information for assistance, and a description of corrective actions taken.
Data Retention and Deletion
LAIRP retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to provide contracted services, to maintain records, or as otherwise required by law. LAIRP may use website or user-interaction analytics tools solely to analyze engagement with and improve Site functionality and Services. Parents, eligible students, and other individuals with applicable legal rights may request deletion of personal information by contacting LAIRP through the designated contact information, subject to legal and contractual limitations.
Third-Party Sharing
LAIRP may share personal data with trusted third-party service providers, contractors, researchers, platforms, and partners when reasonably necessary to provide or enhance Services. Such third parties are expected to comply with applicable privacy and security obligations and to protect the data appropriately.
Use of Data for Advertising and Marketing
LAIRP may use personal information, including email addresses, to communicate about training opportunities, professional learning, restorative-practices services, events, publications, or related offerings, but only as permitted by law. Recipients may opt out of non-essential marketing communications by using unsubscribe instructions or by contacting LAIRP directly. LAIRP does not use student education records or protected student information for targeted advertising in violation of applicable law.
Sharing Program Information with Schools or Partners
Unless otherwise stated in a program description or agreement, LAIRP may share attendance, participation, implementation, training-completion, coaching, or related program information with the sponsoring School, district, partner organization, or authorized program administrator for educational, operational, reporting, and support purposes. Individual participants may also be given access to their own records, certificates, or related materials where applicable.
Program Results and Performance Disclaimer
Any evaluations, coaching observations, feedback, certificates, attendance records, implementation findings, research summaries, or other program-related outputs provided by LAIRP are intended to support professional learning, reflection, capacity-building, and program improvement. LAIRP does not guarantee that participation in its Services will produce any specific academic, disciplinary, organizational, funding, certification, compliance, or performance outcome. Any tools, frameworks, recommendations, or feedback provided through the Services are educational and consultative in nature and do not replace the professional judgment of educators, administrators, facilitators, legal counsel, or other qualified professionals.

Program Access and Availability
Access to certain programs, online materials, portals, recordings, or other digital resources may be time-limited based on the applicable registration terms, training cycle, grant period, contract, event schedule, or product description. LAIRP reserves the right to close, archive, limit, or discontinue access to specific resources at the end of the applicable access period or if required for operational, contractual, or legal reasons.
Intellectual Property
All content and functionality on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, diagrams, training materials, videos, audio, publications, research instruments, facilitation tools, slide decks, downloadable resources, frameworks, software, applications, and the selection and arrangement thereof, together with any concepts, know-how, tools, methods, processes, models, and enhancements associated with them (collectively, the "Content"), are owned by LAIRP, its affiliates, licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LAIRP grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and, if applicable, purchased or authorized Services solely for your personal, internal educational, or organizational use as permitted by law and contract. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, sell, share, sublicense, record, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Content except as expressly permitted by LAIRP in writing or by applicable law.

The Site, Content, and Services may feature logos, company names, product names, program names, service names, designs, slogans, and other trademarks and service marks (collectively, the "Marks") that are registered or unregistered Marks of LAIRP, its affiliates, licensors, or third-party providers. All such Marks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in the Site, Content, or Services grants any license or right to use any Mark without prior written permission from the owner. LAIRP reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Site, Content, and Services.
Third-Party Links and Frames
LAIRP may prohibit framing of materials available through the Site and may restrict deep linking to internal pages. LAIRP may also provide links to websites or resources operated by third parties for convenience, referral, or service integration. LAIRP does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites, content, products, services, privacy practices, or business conduct. If you choose to access any third-party site, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for reviewing the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies.
Third-Party Sellers and Providers
LAIRP may reference or provide access to third-party platforms, ticketing systems, learning-management systems, payment processors, bookstores, software vendors, or other service providers. LAIRP makes no representation regarding the quality, suitability, or availability of third-party products or services and is not liable for their acts or omissions. Any purchase or use of a third-party product or service is governed by that third party's own terms and policies.

If you submit comments, testimonials, photos, videos, survey responses, stories, implementation reflections, discussion posts, or other content to LAIRP ("User Content") through the Site, social media communities, surveys, email, registration forms, or otherwise, you grant LAIRP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publish, display, and distribute that User Content for educational, research, programmatic, operational, promotional, or archival purposes, subject to applicable law and any express written restrictions accepted by LAIRP. You represent that you have the right to submit the User Content and to grant this license, and that the User Content and its use by LAIRP will not infringe the rights of others.

Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND THE SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAIRP DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAIRP, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, PARTNERS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Sanctions and Export Compliance
LAIRP intends to comply with applicable United States and other relevant sanctions and export control laws and regulations. The Site and Services may not be used, downloaded, exported, re-exported, or provided in violation of such laws. LAIRP may restrict access to Services, purchases, registrations, or funding arrangements where necessary to maintain legal compliance.
Arbitration and Class or Collective Action Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site or Services may be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a single arbitrator under the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different forum. Unless prohibited by law, arbitration will proceed only on an individual basis, and neither party may participate as a class representative or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. This section should be interpreted consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act and other applicable law.
Tax
Purchases may be subject to applicable taxes, and you are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, fees, or similar charges associated with your purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.
Force Majeure
LAIRP will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, war, terrorism, civil unrest, power outages, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, internet disruptions, legal or regulatory restrictions, labor shortages, or other force majeure events. In such cases, LAIRP will make reasonable efforts to restore Services but is not required to provide refunds, credits, or compensation except as expressly required by law or by a written agreement.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Site and supersede prior oral or written agreements on the same subject matter, except where a separate written contract, school agreement, consulting agreement, purchase order, or registration agreement governs a specific Service. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or construed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
