Stakeholders

LAIRP’s stakeholder analysis centers on identifying the individuals and groups most likely to champion restorative initiatives and help drive sustainable culture change. Using a Net Promoter–style approach, stakeholders are categorized as Promoters, Passives, or Detractors, allowing schools to clearly understand who is ready to support the work, who is neutral, and who may need additional relationship-building or clarity. By focusing on Promoters—those who demonstrate strong belief in right-brain restorative practices—LAIRP helps schools build momentum, model success, and create early wins that strengthen buy-in. Passives are engaged through supportive communication and opportunities for involvement, while Detractors are approached with empathy, listening, and intentional problem-solving. This analysis allows LAIRP teams to strategically elevate champions, address concerns, and cultivate a community where restorative mindsets can grow and flourish.
