Sociogram
LAIRP’s Sociogram, also known as the P3 Tool, is designed to help schools identify important patterns of interaction between students that often go unnoticed in daily classroom life. By mapping peer connections, social influence, and relational dynamics, the tool highlights which students serve as connectors, who may feel isolated, and where potential conflicts or alliances may exist. This insight allows educators to anticipate issues before they escalate and to design strategic interventions that strengthen belonging and emotional safety. The sociogram also helps reveal behavior patterns, support needs, and opportunities to create more balanced groupings during instruction, supervision, and circle work. By making relationships visible, the P3 Tool empowers schools to respond proactively and cultivate healthier, more connected learning communities.
