Right-Brain II

Right-Brain Training II builds on the foundations of Level I by immersing educators in the deeper neurobiology behind restorative practices and relational safety. This LAIRP training explores how stress, trauma, and emotional dysregulation shape student behavior, and how right-brain attunement can de-escalate conflict before it becomes disciplinary. Participants examine brain-based concepts such as co-regulation, pattern recognition, and the social engagement system, learning how these processes influence trust, decision-making, and connection. Through interactive simulations, case studies, and guided practice, educators strengthen their ability to read emotional cues, create predictable relational routines, and respond to harm with empathy and accountability. By the end, participants leave with advanced tools to build healthier learning environments grounded in neuroscience and restorative values.
