Right-Brain Leaders I
LAIRP’s Right-Brain Leaders Training is designed to equip school leaders with the emotional intelligence, neuroscience understanding, and relational skills needed to cultivate restorative school cultures. This training shifts leaders away from traditional, compliance-driven models and toward approaches grounded in empathy, connection, and nervous-system awareness. Participants learn how stress, regulation, and relational safety influence behavior and decision-making, and how leadership practices can either activate defensiveness or promote trust. Through interactive learning, scenario analysis, and reflective dialogue, leaders develop strategies for guiding teams, modeling restorative mindsets, and aligning systems with right-brain principles. The training emphasizes accountability through compassion, transparent communication, and consistent follow-through. By the end, leaders are equipped to build environments where staff and students feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
