Measuring Impact
LAIRP’s approach to measuring impact is grounded in continuous learning, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. The process begins with gathering meaningful quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources, including surveys, observations, attendance, referrals, supervision patterns, and stakeholder feedback. Once collected, this data is brought directly to Culture Teams, where it is analyzed through a restorative lens to identify strengths, emerging needs, and areas for improvement. LAIRP facilitators guide teams in interpreting trends, asking reflective questions, and connecting data to daily practices and school-wide systems. From there, schools develop actionable plans that address root causes rather than symptoms, ensuring that decisions align with right-brain restorative principles. This approach empowers schools to track progress, adjust strategies, and build a culture where growth, connection, and accountability are measurable and celebrated.
