Identifying KPIs

LAIRP’s approach to helping schools develop and track KPIs is rooted in clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. LAIRP begins by partnering with school leadership teams to identify core priorities connected to culture, climate, attendance, behavior, and academic support systems. Using data from surveys, observations, and existing MTSS/PBIS structures, LAIRP guides schools in selecting measurable, right-brain–aligned KPIs that reflect relational health, student engagement, and proactive restorative practices. Once KPIs are established, LAIRP helps schools build user-friendly dashboards, monthly review cycles, and progress-monitoring routines that ensure data is consistently analyzed and acted upon. This ongoing support empowers schools to adjust strategies, celebrate growth, and maintain alignment between their values, systems, and student outcomes.
