LAIRP’s Culture and Climate Survey provides schools with a clear, research-based picture of their overall environment, student engagement, and sense of safety. Designed to elevate student, staff, and family voice, the survey measures key areas such as belonging, relationships, communication, emotional well-being, and perceptions of fairness and support.
