Culture Team II

LAIRP’s Culture Team II is dedicated to deepening and sustaining the shift toward restorative mindsets, culture, and climate across school communities. Building on the foundations established in Culture Team I, this next phase focuses on strengthening relational practices, reinforcing shared values, and supporting staff as they transition from traditional, punitive approaches to restorative, right-brain-aligned systems. The team works closely with educators to analyze data, identify progress areas, and refine systems such as discipline, supervision, and communication. Through coaching, modeling, and collaborative planning, Culture Team II helps schools embed proactive circles, relationship-building routines, and emotional-safety practices into daily operations. The ultimate goal is to create a consistent and connected environment where students feel seen, valued, and empowered to make positive choices.
