Culture Team I

LAIRP’s Culture Team is dedicated to helping schools shift toward restorative practices and sustain the initiatives highlighted through Culture and Climate Survey data. Guided by right-brain principles, the team works alongside school leaders to interpret survey findings, identify priority areas, and develop action plans that strengthen relationships, emotional safety, and overall school culture. Support includes coaching, modeling restorative strategies, facilitating circles, and helping staff build consistent routines aligned with the school’s core values. The Culture Team also assists in monitoring progress, refining practices, and ensuring that restorative initiatives remain active, effective, and community-driven. By combining data-informed insight with relational expertise, LAIRP empowers schools to create environments where connection, belonging, and well-being guide daily interactions.
