Circles III
LAIRP’s Circles III training is the most advanced level of restorative circle facilitation, designed for educators and leaders ready to deepen their practice and lead complex, transformative dialogues. This training focuses on navigating high-stakes situations such as significant harm, multi-party conflict, fractured relationships, and emotionally charged community issues. Participants learn advanced right-brain facilitation skills—including attunement, regulation, pacing, and trauma-aware communication—that help create safety even in difficult conversations. The training emphasizes preparing participants, guiding them through multi-step dialogue structures, repairing ruptures, and restoring trust across the school community. Through modeling, coaching, and repeated practice, staff refine their presence and language. By the end, participants are equipped to lead restorative circles that promote healing, rebuild relationships, and strengthen schoolwide culture.
