Circles II

Circles II, offered by LAIRP, is an advanced training designed to deepen educators’ skills in leading both proactive and harm-focused restorative circles. Building on the foundations of Circles I, this training emphasizes intentional facilitation techniques that strengthen community, prevent conflict, and respond to harm in ways that rebuild trust. Participants learn how to design proactive circles that foster belonging, teach social-emotional skills, and create a supportive classroom culture before issues arise. The training also provides a structured framework for guiding harm circles, helping students reflect, take responsibility, and collaboratively repair relationships. Through modeling, practice rounds, and real scenarios, educators develop confidence in managing emotional dynamics, maintaining psychological safety, and ensuring every voice is honored. Circles II equips school teams with powerful tools to sustain restorative climates.
